Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and provide attentive service throughout their visit
  • Take orders accurately, offering menu recommendations and answering questions about food and beverages

  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and maintain smooth service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant service is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Barista experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus
