Overview

Lincoln has a new chicken franchise - WINGERS has landed and is looking for staff.
Join our dynamic team as an Experienced Fastfood Kitchen and Server Staff member, where your energy and culinary skills will shine! In this fast-paced environment, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and service experiences. Your expertise in food preparation, customer interaction, and efficient restaurant operations will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive under pressure and are passionate about the food industry. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a vibrant quick service and fast food restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality menu items efficiently, ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety standards
  • Operate POS systems for order processing, cashiering, and transaction management
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change and totals
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas through proper bussing, food handling, and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with food packaging, and delivery to ensure timely service during busy hours
  • Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food quality standards

Experience

  • Previous experience working in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
  • Experience in cashiering, cash handling, and basic retail math is beneficial
  • Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures within the food industry
