About Bim’s
Bim’s is one of the UK’s growing fast-food brands, known for high-quality ingredients, fast service, and a vibrant customer experience. We are expanding and looking for driven, reliable, and energetic Shift Managers to join our teams across all branches.
Role Overview
As a Shift Manager at Bim’s, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the team during your shift, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
You will report directly to the Store Manager and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting staff development.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Leadership
- Lead and supervise the team during shifts, ensuring all stations run efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, speed, and presentation.
- Delegate tasks and ensure team members follow procedures.
- Manage shift handovers and report key updates to management.
Customer Service
- Ensure every customer receives a great Bim’s experience.
- Handle customer queries or complaints professionally and calmly.
- Monitor dining area and service points for cleanliness and service quality.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
- Follow and enforce Bim’s operational procedures and policies.
Cash & Inventory
- Handle cash management and till checks accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and record keeping.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in fast food, QSR, hospitality, or retail management (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering results.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
