Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic member of bar staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable dining experience. You will assist in various aspects of food and beverage service, including catering events, restaurant operations, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing guest inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
  • Support catering operations by setting up, serving, and clearing food stations at events.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
  • Assist with bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
  • Help train new staff members on food safety practices and service standards.

Skills
