Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic culinary team! Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, consistency, and flair.
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to established recipes, presentation standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety protocols.
  • Assist in meal planning and ingredient sourcing to support menu development.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of breakfast dishes.
  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management of supply needs.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality throughout all kitchen operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of breakfast menu items and meal preparation techniques.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
  • Serving experience or knowledge of customer service principles is a plus but not required.
