Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our dynamic Italian concept . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Previous experience in banquet, catering, or restaurant management is highly desirable, along with a background in food production and team supervision.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
