Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant and takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes. Located in the heart of the community, this role is essential for maintaining our high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to company standards and recipes
  • Prepare fresh ingredients and assist with daily kitchen prep
  • Ensure all food is cooked in a timely manner and meets quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment in line with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ensure full compile with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen, either as a CDP or line cook
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong knife skills and the ability to work efficiently during a busy service
  • Reliable and able to work well within a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating a memorable dining experience
