Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and welcoming Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing menu recommendations and answering questions about ingredients or dietary needs.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team, ensuring timely service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
  • Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and hygiene practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety protocols.
  • Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with coffee preparation and beverage presentation.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and customer service.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
