Front of House / Bar

Job Summary: We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented Front of House/Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organised dining area. The Front of House and Bar Staff will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organised dining area and bar
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service, food service or bar service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Salary: Hourly wage based on experience for 18+ only
