Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is exceptional. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and have experience in restaurant settings, bartending, or catering. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
  • Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Assist with food preparation as required, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operation during busy periods.
  • Uphold all health and safety regulations within the establishment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous but not essential.
  • Barrista Coffee Skills advantageous but not essential.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
