Working in our restaurant operation, you’ll be part of a professional team delivering a high standard of food and service to Tattersalls’ customers, owners, trainers and industry guests.

We are looking for confident, personable and reliable individuals who have previous experience working in a busy restaurant, fine dining, hospitality or high-end events environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing friendly, professional and attentive table service
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately
  • Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
  • Clearing and resetting tables to a high standard
  • Maintaining excellent presentation and cleanliness throughout service
  • Working closely with the wider restaurant and kitchen team
  • Delivering a consistently high level of customer service during busy periods
  • Representing Crown Catering Cambridge and maintaining our professional standards at all times

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Experienced in restaurant or high-end hospitality service
  • Confident and comfortable working in a busy environment
  • Friendly, professional and well presented
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
  • Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate about providing great customer service

Previous experience in table service, fine dining, racecourse hospitality or large-scale events is highly desirable.

This is an excellent opportunity to work at one of Newmarket’s most prestigious venues as part of the Crown Catering Cambridge team.

Pay: From £12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 100.0 per week
