Role: Bartender
Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Salary: up to £12.71 per hour dependant on experience, to be discussed at interview.
Hours: 0-48hours. Working hours will include weekends & bank holidays.
Relationships: General Manager, Executive Head Chef and Restaurant and Bar Manager of The Dining Room

We are seeking to appoint a Bartender to join our vibrant team in providing quality dining experiences for our guests using 'The Dining Room' Restaurant and Harvey's Bar.

The ideal candidate

  • Will have an excellent knowledge of cocktails, mixology & spirits
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
  • Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems and Micros EPOS system
  • Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
  • Be a team player as well as an individual worker
  • To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
  • Due to Liquor licencing applicants need to be over the age of 18.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving beverages
  • Maintaining a clean and organised bar
  • Engaging with customers, creating a warm and welcoming environment with a true sense of Northern Hospitality
