Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Part Time Brunch / Grill Chef to join our team exclusively on weekends and bank holidays. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment, preparing delicious brunch and grilled dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of brunch and grill dishes with precision and flair
  • Ensure all food is prepared to high standards of quality, presentation, and safety
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times
  • Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene standards are met
  • Assist in meal preparation during busy service times to support smooth operations
  • Serve dishes efficiently while providing friendly customer service when needed
  • Support the team in maintaining a positive, energetic work environment

Experience

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant setting
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of meal preparation techniques for brunch and grilled foods
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in a commercial kitchen
  • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to work efficiently during busy weekend shifts and bank holidays
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude towards teamwork
