Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Seasonal Bar Staff to join our team during the festive period. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality and food service industry, providing support in various operational tasks. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is paid and ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills within a dynamic team setting.

Duties

  • Serve customers courteously, taking orders accurately and delivering prompt service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar, cellar and service stations throughout shifts
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during service hours
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
  • Support team members with additional duties as required during busy periods
  • Follow all health and safety regulations diligently, including food safety protocols
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food safety is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to deliver Drinks and Food quickly
  • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers and team members
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and balancing cash registers
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
  • A responsible attitude towards health and safety regulations
  • Must be able to work during peak seasons, including weekends and evenings
