PART-TIME CANDIDATES ONLY

A fantastic opportunity to work within an up market, elegant and trendy dessert restaurant. We are currently accepting part-time Front of House Member role for our Manchester, Cheetham Hill and Wilmslow Road Parlours.

We are seeking fun, customer focused and energetic team members! We are the UK's leading premium dessert company offering our guests a world class dining experience while serving the finest desserts and exquisite beverages.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, policies and sanitation procedures.
  • To deliver the Heavenly Desserts Experience for our guests by providing courteous, prompt service, quality beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
  • Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage requests.
  • Mixing and pouring beverages, as needed.
  • Preparing our desserts to the highest possible standard for each guest whilst maintaining a clean and organised work place.
  • Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table once guests have completed their meals, or upon request.
  • Anticipate guest and business needs by constantly evaluation environment and customers for queues. Communicate information to the Manager in order that the team can respond efficiently to create a premium environment during each shift.
  • Perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication and memorisation skills in order to adhere to all recipe and presentation standards.
  • Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
  • Must be available to work between the hours of 11:00 am and 1:00 am and have access to reliable transportation to get to and from the store.
