Overview

**ROLES AVAILABLE**

- BRADLEY / FARTOWN 20-32HRS A WEEK

Join our vibrant team as a Barista/Waitress and become the heart of a lively, welcoming environment! In this dynamic role, you’ll craft delicious beverages, serve up exceptional customer experiences, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help create a memorable atmosphere where customers feel valued and appreciated. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, friendly setting.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring their preferences are met with enthusiasm
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and seating area, including coffee machines and dining spaces
  • Assist the Supervisor/Head Chef with their duties as required
  • Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations
  • Handle cash register operations and process payments smoothly and securely
  • Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the dining area
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours and special events

Skills

  • Barista experience mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
  • A proactive mindset with the willingness to learn new skills quickly
