Description and Purpose of Role

As a Commis Chef, you will have a passion for cooking and working in a team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves ensuring each and every guest has food delivered to high standards, keeping up with peaks in demand.

What you will do:

· Assist with the daily operations of the kitchen

· Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food safety standards

· Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

· Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner

· Adhere to all health and safety regulations

What we are looking for:

· Someone with a genuine passion for food and excellent service standards

· Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service establishment

· Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology

· Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
