Kiosk Attendant — Swim, Lyme Regis

The beach is outside. The kiosk is yours.

Swim sits right on the seafront at Lyme Regis — sunrise swimmers, families on the sand, paddle‑boarders, and the busiest promenade in town. When the sun’s out, the kiosk is the spot for coffees, pastries, cold drinks and grab‑and‑go snacks.

We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable and switched‑on to run our summer kiosk. The hours vary depending on the weather, but on a good day we’re open 9am–7pm and it’s full‑on, fun, and fast.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serving coffees, teas and hot chocolates
  • Selling pastries, sausage rolls, pasties and cold drinks
  • Keeping the kiosk clean, stocked and running smoothly
  • Handling cash/card payments
  • Providing friendly, fast service to beach‑goers
  • Working independently with support from the main restaurant team

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone reliable, friendly and confident with customers
  • Able to work flexibly — some days may be rained off
  • Happy working solo at times
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
  • Coffee‑making skills are a bonus, but training can be given
  • Must be able to commute to Lyme Regis DT7

Swim is a buzzing all‑day café‑bar right on the seafront — great food, great coffee, great people, zero pretension. The kiosk is an extension of that: simple, quality products served with a smile.
