Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and friendly Front of House & Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to guests in both the restaurant and bar areas. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements in the restaurant and bar areas
  • Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed throughout service
  • Manage bar operations including preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails once trained
  • Handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in both the dining area and bar

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant roles is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm is key!
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene
  • Experience in bartending or serving is advantageous but training can be provided for the right candidate
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
  • Ability to work well as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when needed
  • Good communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude
