Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a background in food preparation and culinary arts.

Duties

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant or establishment, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting professional development.
  • Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop menus, manage inventory, and control costs effectively.
