Food and Beverage Assistant

Restaurant

Reports to: Restaurant Manager, Ockenden Manor Hotel and Spa

Function of the post:

To be part of the restaurant team to ensure that all guests are completely satisfied at all stages of their restaurant experience, dealing with guest requests and issues discreetly and sympathetically and be fully conversant with all Restaurant procedures and policies. Maintain standards, professionalism and quality of service.
