Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook/Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in food preparation and culinary arts to showcase their talents in a dynamic environment. You will play a vital part in maintaining the standards of food safety, presentation, and flavour that our establishment is renowned for.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative ideas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment
  • Adhere to health and safety policies, including proper handling of equipment and ingredients

Skills
