FOX & HOUNDS, HOUSTON is looking for a DUTY MANAGER - Full time, must be able to do weekends.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, being hands on and ensuring the venue Bars, Restaurant and outside areas run smoothly.

The successful candidate will be a natural at providing excellent customer service, taking orders, preparing drinks, and ensuring the venue is kept clean and organised. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue their development in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take orders.
  • Ensure the bar is clean and well-stocked.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
  • Prepare drinks and cocktails according to recipes.
  • Serve drinks to customers in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively team members and with guests.
  • A background in culinary or kitchen operations is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
