Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Permanent

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Food Servers to join our team.

This role is primarily focused on food service, helping to deliver an excellent dining experience across breakfast, lunch and dinner. You’ll be part of a busy team where providing friendly, efficient service and maintaining high standards is key.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing friendly, professional and efficient food service to our guests
  • Assisting with the service of breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Taking food orders and ensuring dishes are delivered accurately and promptly
  • Assisting with service in The Lounge
  • Supporting the service of conferences, meetings and functions
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation within food service areas
  • Developing a good knowledge of our menu items and ingredients
  • Following company procedures when serving guests with food allergies and dietary requirements
  • Providing beverage service, including tea and coffee
  • Ensuring guests receive a welcoming and attentive service throughout their meal
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints politely and reporting any issues to management
