Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our Taco Bell outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and team leadership to drive the success of our restaurant. Previous experience in restaurant management, food preparation, and supervising teams is essential.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards
  • Lead the team in delivering excellent customer service and hospitality
  • Supervise daily kitchen activities, including cooking, food production, and presentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
  • Analyse sales data and optimise operational efficiency
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and motivation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or restaurant sector
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety procedures
  • Experience in restaurant or culinary management, ideally within a fast-food or casual dining environment
  • Familiarity with food service operations including serving, hospitality, and kitchen processes
  • Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hotel or barista experience is advantageous but not essential
  • A dedicated approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
