Full job description

We're looking for a special person to join our special team. If you've ever been to La Tortilla Asesina you'll understand our high standard of service and the very special ambiance of the restaurant.

Ideally we would like someone that has experience but the most important thing for this position is personality.

We offer excellent conditions. We don't do splits, we don't overload your hours, we give you your days off back to back, and we give you consistent rotas weeks ahead. If you work in hospitality you'll understand why that is important.

You will earn tips and this will typically add £3/hr to your rate.

We're not going to give you all the usual job description here, we're going to expect you to have done your research and the rest we can talk about when we meet.
