Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and take their beverage orders with enthusiasm and efficiency
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following all food safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked
  • Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills to handle payments and give correct change
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and ensure compliance with legal alcohol service regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy periods and support overall venue operations
  • Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to prevent shortages

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions
