Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and bar areas. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food, wine and customer service.

Duties

  • Assist in food preparation and ensure all food safety standards are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and order processing.
  • A passion for food preparation and culinary arts.
  • Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
