We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about catering, serving, and delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. Previous restaurant or barista experience is advantageous, along with a strong commitment to food safety standards. The position is paid and suitable for those eager to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
  • Serve food and drinks with professionalism and attentiveness
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
  • Handle customer enquiries courteously, resolving any issues promptly
  • Support bar operations, including serving beverages and maintaining stock levels
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Barista experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends as required
