Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Assistant to support daily operations across various departments in a busy Traditional Inn based in the heart of Bowness on Windermere.

The job offers live in within the bed and breakfast.

Responsibilities

  • The role involves working in all departments. We are looking for an excellent 'all rounder'
  • Working on the bar, waiting on, opening and closing.
  • KP and housekeeping when required

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise responsibilities effectively
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette when interacting via calls or messages
  • Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting
