OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Responsible for overseeing the quality, efficiency, and smooth operation of food and beverage services throughout the hotel. Ensures consistently high standards of customer service are delivered to all guests by leading, motivating, and supporting the team throughout each shift. Monitors service performance, resolves guest queries or concerns promptly, and maintains compliance with company standards and procedures. Acts as a key link between the team and management, ensuring effective communication and the delivery of a seamless, positive dining experience.

Requirements for a Restaurant & Banqueting Supervisor;

• Friendly, outgoing and motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues.
• Excellent personal appearance and hygiene standards .
• Inspirational leadership skills.
• Great attention to detail Knowledge of industry related regulations.
• To maintain a high standard of internal and external customer care by responding to guest requests and requirements, communicating respectfully with colleagues and other departments.
• Experience in Hospitality system such as Res-Diary preferred but not essential
• Track record of delivering results through exceptional service standards
• Attention to the smallest detail
• A passion for hospitality and great customer service Friendly, courteous, and helpful, with excellent communication skills
