34 Dental is looking for a Treatment Co-ordinator/Receptionist/Dental Nurse to join in our independently owned, expanding 2 surgery private practice. 3-4 days a week.

The practice is fully private and we are looking for a candidate who can bring a strong level of enthusiasm and motivation to play a key role in growing the practice. The individual should have excellent communication skills and be able to use their initiative to work effectively within the team and also to provide clinical support.

We actively encourage professional development and staff training within the team. There is also a lot of potential for career progression and we are also open to looking to help someone develop their skills and provide training for the right candidate.

The Role

Working alongside award winning dentists, and specialists providing a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, Implants, Orthodontics, Oral surgery and IV sedation. (Experience in these roles is desirable although not essential as training can be provided)

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the clinical team and guiding patients through their treatment journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House & Reception

  • Welcome patients warmly and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
  • Manage appointments, recalls, and diary coordination.
  • Answer telephone calls, emails, and patient enquiries professionally.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Handle administrative duties and support the smooth running of the practice.

Treatment Coordinator

  • Build strong relationships with patients and support them throughout their treatment journey.
  • Discuss treatment plans, options, and associated costs clearly and confidently.
  • Present finance options and assist patients with treatment acceptance.
  • Follow up on treatment enquiries and maintain high conversion rates.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and treatment schedules efficiently.

Dental Nursing

  • Assist clinicians during a wide range of dental procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse (essential).
  • Previous dental reception and/or treatment coordination experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Confident using dental software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

We offer excellent rates of pay depending on individual experience from £15.00 to £18.00/hr, based on experience and any additional qualifications.

Role is available: Job is available to start in July but notice periods will be taken into account
