Bobo & Wild is a premium brunch and chef-led restaurant group with multiple sites across London. Our Wanstead location is one of our busiest and a high-energy, high-standard venue known for exceptional food, great atmosphere and a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and confident Server to join our front of house team in Wanstead. You will be working evening shifts or morning shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment — delivering the kind of warm, attentive service that keeps our guests coming back.

This is a team-first role. You will be working alongside people who take pride in what they do and who look out for each other on and off the floor.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Delivering exceptional table service
  • Greeting, seating and guiding guests through the menu confidently
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Upselling dishes and drinks with genuine product knowledge
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
  • Managing your section to the Bobo & Wild service standard
  • Handling guest queries, feedback and complaints professionally
  • Supporting the wider FOH team during busy periods

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a server or front of house role
  • Confident, warm and professional with guests at all times
  • Able to work at pace without dropping standards
  • A genuine team player — someone who steps in without being asked
  • Weekend availability essential
  • Right to work in the UK
