Job Summary

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
  • Monitor guest consumption responsibly and ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations
  • Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tips professionally
  • Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and service excellence

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation techniques
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
