-Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Love and Rockets . Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu offerings. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.

-Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
- Assist with the planning and execution of daily specials and menu changes
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper storage of ingredients
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
