Job Overview

Join our Grill team as a Food Runner and be the vital link that ensures our guests receive their delicious meals promptly and with a smile! In this energetic role, you will coordinate seamlessly between the kitchen and dining area, delivering food with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail. Your positive attitude and quick responsiveness will help create memorable dining experiences for every guest. Responsibilities

  • Deliver prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining food quality and presentation standards
  • Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and plating as needed to support smooth service flow
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during delivery and handling
  • Communicate clearly with servers, chefs, and guests to coordinate orders and special requests
  • Maintain cleanliness in the service area, including clearing tables and organizing trays or delivery carts
  • Support restaurant operations by managing timely food delivery during busy periods
  • Provide exceptional guest services by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to guest needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food preparation is preferred
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling techniques
  • Experience as a delivery driver or in roles involving meal delivery is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette when interacting with team members and guests
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not mandatory
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for guest service are essential for success in this role

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
