PIZZA PUNKS ARE NOW RECRUITING - JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

At Pizza Punks we're all about challenging the status quo, we make our own rules and push the boundaries of what you can do with Pizza. Our Punk sourdough is proved for 48 hours and hand stretched to order. Our pasta is made fresh daily. Why are we different? We let our guests create their perfect combinations, choosing from over 50 quality toppings for no extra cost!

JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

Where do you fit in? You will be responsible for assisting the Head chef leading the kitchen team daily to deliver our amazing pizza and pasta with precise detail and explosive taste. You must be able to control the kitchen when the heat is turned up and the pressure piles on. You must be a natural born leader with all the fun and enthusiasm of a Grade ‘A’ PUNK.

We have sky high standards and you must be able to manage the operations whilst keeping the place gleaming like a shiny pin.

You must have the following skills:

  • At least 1 year of junior sous chef experience managing high volume kitchens.
  • Ability to follow and enforce company legislation and hygiene standards
  • An avid interest or relevant experience working with dough.
  • The creativity and passion to produce monthly specials.
  • Delivering financial results as a hands on manager.
  • Recruiting, coaching and developing your people.
  • Controlling costs, stock and ordering.

With multiple projects and brands to juggle like Punk Dough-I-Y and Bake at Home you must be organised and always be five steps ahead of the game to ensure the operation runs like clockwork.
