Full job description
Hispania is a group of high-end Spanish restaurants located in London and Brussels. We are currently looking for a Waiter / Head Waiter / Supervisor to join our team.
Under the supervision of our Michelin-starred chef, Marcos Morán, our menus are based on traditional Spanish recipes and rated among the best Spanish culinary offers.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience working in a similar restaurant as a Head Waiter or Supervisor
- Deep knowledge of Spanish cuisine and Spanish products such as cheeses, meats, oils and wines
- Fluent in spanish
- The ability to work well within a team
- Enthusiastic and looking to develop a successful career in high-end restaurants
- Hard worker and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
