Overview

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt and courteous service
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
  • Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food preparation and service
  • Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional guest services to foster loyalty
  • Assist in training new team members and supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
  • Excellent guest service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
  • Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and inventory checks
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
