Shavata Singh, CEO & Founder of Shavata Brow Studio is a Brow Expert with over 30 years’ experience in taming unruly brows, a recognised leader in the beauty industry and a favourite with celebrities, press & influencers, London’s original Brow Queen is renowned for ‘creating the perfect arch.’

The role & responsibilities

The role includes answering calls, making bookings on our clinic system, greeting clients, taking payments and supporting the therapists and stylists.

The successful candidate must be a seasoned seller with a proven background in a similar Front of House/Receptionist role. Retail experience within the beauty sector is essential and preferably with brows and lashes, as is a positive approach to solving problems and managing deadlines.

The Front of House role is hard work that requires someone with true dedication to succeed! In return you will receive a competitive salary, commission on targets achieved and the support to help you grow within our company.

Key requirements:

· Minimum 1 year Front of house/Receptionist retail experience

· Experience with a high-end brand

Responsibilities

● Make appointment bookings using our online booking system

● To process payments

● To promote other services and products to customers as appropriate

● To answer calls, contact clients via telephone / email, and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner

● To smoothly take over the client's journey from the therapist/stylist and complete payments and appointment bookings.
