Full job description
Do you enjoy front of house in a luxury environment but are also trained as a dental nurse and don’t want to give that up?
If so - we are looking for you!
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual who has the foresight and organisation skills to approach this dual role with a dynamic and organised approach with a flair for customer service and a passion for excellence in dentistry.
DRMR, led by the UKs leading cosmetic dentist, Dr Manrina Rhode, is on the lookout for an exceptional person to join our luxury, private, London-based super clinic.
This role combines Front of house and some Dental Nursing. 1-2 days nursing a week.
If you're ready to grow and be at the heart of one of London’s premier prestigious super clinics, this is your chance to thrive.
Why Join DRMR?
At DRMR, we redefine luxury dentistry, with a reputation built on cutting-edge techniques and impeccable patient care, we aim to make every client feel truly special.
Dr Manrina Rhode an award-winning dentist recognised as one of the top cosmetic dental surgeons in the UK, brings unparalleled expertise and a commitment to innovation, she is now looking for an exceptional team member to collaborate with as part of their role at DRMR.
A positive, driven individual with strong communication skills and ‘can do attitude’.
This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity for self-development and personal growth as well as an opportunity to help shape the future of DRMR while supporting Dr Rhode’s vision.
The Role
We are seeking a full time Front of House & Dental Nurse to join our wonderful team.
The split would be around 1-2 days dental nursing and the rest of the week working front of house with our wonderful clients.
We want someone with clinical knowledge about dentistry and GDC registration.
What is your role?
The role of the Dental Nurse is self explanatory. The overall aim of the Front of House is to book new patients, welcome patients and make sure they are comfortable, book treatments and make sure each client has an exceptional experience at DRMR.
This is done by providing a 5 Star Customer Service at all touch points - your demeanour, writing style, how you present yourself, phone etiquette, attention to detail and your general attitude.
This role will involve;
- 1-2 days Dental Nursing
- Monitoring front of house, ensuring 5 star service delivered
- Taking payments and managing the diary and bookings for the clinic
- Responding to emails sent by patients from our website or social media channels
- Calling patients who contact us
- Liaising with internal customers
- Arranging consultations for patients as soon as possible
- Taking the patient through the patient WOW journey
- Digital photography
- Working closely with clinicians to allow perfect handover of patients through all stages
- Going through treatment consent forms
- Acquiring reviews from patients
- Getting patients to sign up to our other non-dental offerings
- Organising gifts and thank you cards for patients
- Offering a concierge service to all patients by being their contact person
- Calling/ messaging patients for feedback and check how they are
- Promote certain treatments
- Reporting on where our patients come from
- Running quarterly offers
- Always have good hold on what is happening with the clinic diary
As you can see from the above, the role for Dental Nurse, Front of house is an important one and one that we hold in high regard.
We feel that if performed correctly, this role could have an enormous effect on our business and this person could become a very important part of our team with a good hold on our clients experience. The qualities and skills required for this role are:
- Organised – you will be managing your own diary and will have several tasks that will need to be carried out regularly. Organisation is key to success and essential.
- Communication skills – your job will in essence be about your ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members and outside contractors. In order to succeed you will need to master the ability to build rapport with patients, inspire team members and assert your knowledge to outside contractors in order to get stuff done.
- Charming – more of a quality than a skill but being charming can really help. If you master this, patients will be happy to deal with you and it will increase practice sales.
- Attention to detail – everything you send out will represent DRMR, incorrect branding, inappropriate text will be visible, which means you have to ensure none of these mistakes ever happen. That means being obsessive with detail, proof-reading everything twice and ensuring no mixed message or contradictory view ever leaves your computer.
- Willing to constantly learn – dentistry a dynamic industry that is constantly improving. You will have to be willing to read around the topic, attend seminars, work with coaches, do new courses and everything it takes to stay ahead in our field.
- Career Pathway in place for the right individual looking to progress to a management position within the business
- Career progression, Comprehensive mentorship programme offered
Full time Monday – Friday 40 hours a week. May include one evening.
