Job Summary
The Cambria pub is seeking an experienced Pizzaiolo to join our team. We pride ourselves on making fresh dough daily and serving authentic New York style pizza

Duties

  • Preparing dough according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods
  • Serve dishes to guests when required, maintaining professionalism and courtesy
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dough preparation, cooking, or as a Chef within a restaurant or hospitality setting
