We're now looking for an ambitious, passionate, and people-focused Restaurant Manager to help lead our team and continue driving the business forward.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, leading from the floor and setting the standard for service, culture, and performance.

You'll work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience while developing and inspiring a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate front-of-house team
  • Creating exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships with our customers
  • Driving service standards and maintaining a strong presence on the restaurant floor
  • Managing labour, rotas, stock controls, and operational efficiencies
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
  • Delivering sales growth and achieving key business targets
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to create seamless service
