Full job description

Tomtom Coffee House a specialist coffee shop in Belgravia with a very good reputation for producing one of the finest cups of coffee in the West End. Our café is vibrant and busy place where we serve high quality coffee along with fresh, healthy and delicious food. Our drinks are made freshly from Allpress roast beans, using the best equipment on the market and by our expert Baristas.

We are currently looking for a Full time Waiter / Waitress to join our team.

What we are looking for:

- A previous and strong experience as a Waiter/Waitress for at least a year is required

- An exceptional team player who has a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

- An outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys talking to customers

- Good attention to detail in everything you do

- Able to work quickly, calmly, and efficient during busy periods

- Able to follow our opening and closing procedures as well as general cleaning duties (during and at the end of the shift)

Responsibilities will include working on the floor, taking orders from customers, taking card payments, keeping the shop floor clean and tidy; general cleaning duties (during and at the end of the shift).

Hours: Shifts are ranging between 7 am and 8 pm, we are open 7 days a week and bank holidays (Closed on Christmas Day and 1st January), so flexibility and availability to work all shifts (including weekends) is essential.

Applicants must be fluent in English, be eligible to work in the UK, be able to provide two current work references and have a minimum 1 year experience in similar environments.
