*Job Overview*

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie/Breakfast chef to join our team in a bustling restaurant and hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a keen eye for detail.

*Duties*

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes

- Ensure food safety standards are strictly adhered to

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes promptly

- Assist in supervising kitchen staff when required

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

*Qualifications*

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment

- Proficiency in culinary techniques and food production

- Strong leadership skills to guide kitchen operations effectively

- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking procedures

- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

- Experience of pastry/dessert cooking
