Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee Cambium Restaurant and Bar, private dining and events, and the horsebox; our pop-up, seasonal casual dining offering.

With a new Culinary Director on board and investment occurring across the property, it is an exciting time to become part of the team at Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa.

To be successful in the role you will need to have excellent standards, first class communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to manage and develop a team, while managing budgets, rotas and bringing ideas to the table to upsell and attract customers.

The role is full time (48 hours per week), with a rota operating on 5 out of 7 days per week. Weekend working on a rota basis will be required.

The hotel is situated 10 minutes’ walk from Brockenhurst village and train station, with excellent rail links to Bournemouth, Southampton and London.
