About Us

We are an ambitious, independent, family-owned business with an award winning 400 cover hospitality / catering enterprise. About You

You will be an enthusiastic and productive team player, with a good base of skill and experience. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day work load in the dish wash area, supervising the team to maintain an effective operation, proactively keep the back of house areas clean and tidy to a high standard and manage all non food stock items.

Key responsibilities:

- Clean all utensils, crockery and cutlery efficiently and in line with health & safety regulations to ensure a clean environment is maintained

- Ensure stock areas are always kept tidy and clean

- Ordering of non food stock items and managing par levels

- Put food stock deliveries away in line with kitchen compliance and regulations

- Handle stock with care to minimise breakages and report breakages when needed.

- Always maintain a clean and tidy environment including keeping all floors clean

Experience Required

We are recruiting for a candidate who has previous experience within a fast paced environment with great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Role Specifics

-Rota includes weekends, either one day or both

-We are able to offer fixed days off with no late night working

- 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata for part timers)

- Enhanced pay rate for bank holiday working

- Free onsite parking
