Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our morning service, crafting delicious and visually appealing breakfast dishes that set the tone for a fantastic day. Your culinary expertise, attention to food safety, and passion for meal preparation will ensure our guests enjoy a memorable breakfast experience every time. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating breakfast masterpieces that delight the senses.

Ideally working 2 full days in the Kitchen plus two shorter 2 breakfast shifts.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes with precision, flair, and consistency to meet quality standards
  • Manage food preparation processes efficiently, ensuring timely service during busy mornings
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene across all kitchen operations
  • Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to keep offerings fresh, innovative, and appealing
  • Monitor kitchen inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of fresh ingredients
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health regulations
  • Serve breakfast items to guests with friendly professionalism, enhancing their overall dining experience

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to breakfast dishes and meal presentation
  • Excellent understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, especially in breakfast or brunch settings
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve guests warmly

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
