Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate additional Chef to join our Team at the Crown. The ideal candidate will possess experience in background in food production and preparation. As a Chef you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Your culinary expertise will play a crucial role in the success of our kitchen operation

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Be flexible with hours. The kitchen at the Crown is open through breakfast lunch and dinner with outside dining offers too in better weather
  • Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, making adjustments as necessary

Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in kitchen operations
  • A passion for cooking and creating memorable guest experiences
