Full job description

At Hazine, you are the face of the restaurant. You’ll deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced, vibrant environment, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed during busy service periods.

Hazine is known for its modern Turkish dining experience, cocktails, and lively atmosphere, so service needs to be both professional and energetic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Seat customers and present menus
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and to a high standard
  • Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations to customers
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle customer requests and resolve complaints calmly and professionally
  • Process bills and handle cash/card payments
  • Set up and clear tables quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area

These duties reflect standard expectations in hospitality roles such as taking orders, serving food, and ensuring customer satisfaction
