Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, organised, and personable Patient Coordinator to join our busy clinic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their journey with us. This is a front-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing front-of-house responsibilities, handling patient enquiries, and supporting clinicians where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising directly with patients both in person and over the phone
  • Managing front-of-house reception duties and maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Coordinating appointments, bookings, and patient communications
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
  • Using initiative to resolve issues and prioritise tasks in a busy environment
  • Chaperoning during doctor consultations and treatments for both male and female patients where required
  • Providing excellent customer service and always ensuring a positive patient experience
  • Assisting with administrative duties and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Supporting the wider clinical and administrative team as needed
