Unfortunately, due to being messed around we are still looking for a full-time Barista for our Estuary shop.

Location: Dunveth Business Park, Wadebridge
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Approx. 35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: 4-day week with weekend shifts on a rota (including Saturdays and Sundays)
Experience: Barista experience preferred but not essential – full training can be provided.
Sponsorship: UK work sponsorship is not available for this role.

The Role

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team at our Dunveth Business Park shop in Wadebridge.

You'll prepare high-quality hot and cold drinks, provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming environment for every customer. You'll also support with food displays, food hygiene standards and the day-to-day running of the shop.

Whether you're an experienced Barista or looking to build your skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare a wide range of coffees and other hot and cold drinks.
  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
  • Prepare and maintain attractive food displays.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Keep customer seating and dining areas clean and welcoming.
  • Support the team with general shop duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual and dependable.
  • Able to work weekends on a rota basis, including Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Flexible to provide cover during holidays and sickness.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work well as part of a team.
  • Barista experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided.
