Job Overview
Starting wage dependant on skill and experience + everyone earns Tronc.

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our team on either a part time or full time basis, We have always focused on making sure guests are cared for so its only logical we do the same with our team!!

This role involves delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in catering, food service, and hospitality within a welcoming setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with precision
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including setting tables and clearing after service
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including catering options if applicable
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
  • Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, adhering to food safety standards

Skills

  • Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of food preparation and restaurant operations
  • Barista experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene standards
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
  • Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality sector
