Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining food safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and catering services
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, servers, and baristas, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all departments
- Organise staff schedules, training programmes, and performance evaluations to optimise team effectiveness
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximise profitability
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
