Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at a vibrant Hawaiian inspired restaurant in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite dishes, with a fusion of South American and Japanese cuisines.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of food production and ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Create innovative menus and recipes while considering dietary restrictions and preferences
- Collaborate with the restaurant management to develop cost-effective strategies
